Get Online Week – the UK’s biggest digital inclusion campaign is managed by Tinder Foundation.
Get Online Week has been going since 2007, when UK online centres first marked out a date in October to bring digital inclusion to national attention. Since then the campaign has grown into a week-long annual celebration, with thousands of events taking place each year in centres and more unusual locations, bringing digital skills and know-how to everyone.
Tinder Foundation is a charity that aims to make good things happen through digital technology. Established in 2011, Tinder Foundation leads a network of 5,000 local community partners, and works with a variety of national organisations to help hundreds of thousands of people every year to use the internet to improve their lives. Together we have helped 1.8 million people to use the internet and to develop basic online skills through the Learn My Way website.
